Prepayment is required. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diner's Club are accepted, as well as checks or money orders drawn on a U.S. bank. Deposit accounts can also be established.

NASA CASI maintains very limited original or stock copies of documents. Nearly all print purchases are black and white reproductions. Please make special notation on the order if original or stock copies are required.

Return Policy
NASA CASI will replace or make full refund on items requested if we have made an error in the order, if the item is defective, or if it was received in damaged condition, and you contact us within 30 days of shipment from CASI.
